Caitlin is a Speech Language Pathologist holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence with 18 years of experience in the field. She holds an undergraduate degree from Auburn University in Communication Disorders and received her Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology from The University of South Alabama. Caitlin has worked in a variety of settings and with all patient populations. She is certified in VitalStim neuromuscular stimulation and surface electromyography (sEMG) and in the McNeil Dysphagia Therapy Program (MDTP). Caitlin is also trained in Manual Therapy/Myofascial Release techniques for voice and swallowing disorders. She is a certified member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is the co-owner of Pathways Speech Therapy, Inc.

Allison is an Auburn University graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders; she also attended Baylor University in Waco, TX where she earned her Master's of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders. During her training, Allison has experience in a variety of settings with both children and adults. She is a certified as a Natural Language Acquisition (NLA) Trained Clinician.
